Welcome to Harr Fitt!
I’m Renee, and I offer private group fitness experiences that blend Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, and Sound Meditation into a complete mind-body session that’s both energizing and restorative for your event.
With years of teaching experience and a passion for health and wellness, I design each class to meet your group where they are—whether the goal is to build strength together, improve flexibility, deepen mindfulness, or simply take a collective pause in the day. My focus is on creating an engaging, supportive group atmosphere where everyone leaves feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
From private group classes and special events to workplace wellness sessions and virtual group experiences, I bring the “studio vibe” directly to you.
PRIVATE GROUP FITNESS
Customize your event with one of our thoughtfully curated service packages, designed to create a seamless and elevated experience for your guests. All packages include travel within a 10-mile radius, a 60 min. session, refreshing cold lavender towels, personalized hands-on adjustments, and all necessary equipment except a mat. Prices based on each person attending, $100 minimum.
Looking to restore balance and create a deeply calming close to your event? Enhance your session with a soothing sound bowl meditation featuring seven frosted crystal bowls and additional sound therapy instruments, designed to guide the body back into a state of rest and relaxation. This 15-minute add-on provides a peaceful and grounding conclusion to your experience. Hosting at a venue with a pool? Ask about our unique floating sound bowl meditation for an unforgettable aquatic sound healing experience. $5 per person
Enjoy a 60-minute yoga session designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels. Choose a calming, thoughtfully sequenced flow that encourages moving meditation and a full-body stretch, or elevate your event with an energizing power flow focused on building strength and generating heat. Each participant should bring their own yoga mat. $25 per person
Looking to elevate the intensity? Opt for a dynamic fusion of yoga and strength training, featuring options such as mat Pilates (utilizing rings, balls, gliders, and bands), kettlebell flow, or a modified HYROX-style workout. If you have access to a home gym, we can also design a customized circuit training session to suit your space and goals. For all sessions, participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. $35 per person
